I’m Tony, operating as Tony Handyman. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this site or contact me about a job.
I receive the information you send me, including your name, phone number, the service you need, a job description, an optional ZIP code or neighborhood, and any photos you send in our conversation.
The quote form sends your request to me over the internet: your name, phone number, the service you selected, your job description, an optional ZIP code or neighborhood, and a photo if you attach one. If the form cannot reach me, it falls back to preparing a text message on your device, which reaches me only when you send it from your messaging app.
I use your details to answer your request, quote a price, arrange and carry out the work, and discuss the job afterwards. I do not add you to marketing lists or sell your contact details.
Your messaging app and mobile carrier process the messages and photos you send under their own privacy policies. Message and data rates may apply.
Zoho Bigin, a customer relationship service, stores your request so I can track the job from the first message to the finished work. Zoho processes this information under its own privacy policy and stores it on servers in the United States.
Namecheap, Inc. hosts this website on servers in the United States and may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to serve and secure it. Fonts are hosted with this site; your browser does not request them from Google Fonts.
This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. If you arrive from one of my Google ads, Google sets cookies in your browser so that a request sent from the form can be counted back to that ad. This tells me which ads bring real work; it does not tell me who you are, and I do not use it to build a profile of you. Google processes this data under its own terms — see its advertising privacy information. Advertising source information may also appear in the address of the page you visit and in hosting logs.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser’s private mode. The form, the photo upload and the rest of the site keep working either way — nothing here requires you to accept advertising cookies.
The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. No cross-site advertising tracking is enabled by this site. The external services described above process requests according to their own policies.
Send only the details needed for your quote. Because your request is stored in my customer records, you can ask me for a copy of what I hold or ask me to delete it. You can also request a correction or ask me to stop texting by messaging (818) 395-7125. I may need to keep records required for an existing job or by law.
